ACE Air & Ambulance (Pvt) Ltd are remote African rescue service experts offering complete peace of mind to patients needing care, whether in the remotest regions of Africa or within busy city centres.
Background
ACE Air & Ambulance (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in 2014 in Zimbabwe to support Harare and surrounding areas as well as Victoria Falls. The company has since developed the expertise to offer a world class, professional emergency critical medical care service nationwide and to the region. With a wealth of knowledge and contacts, ACE Air & Ambulance are able to operate smoothly and effectively in various countries ensuring that care is offered in the critical time window a patient needs it most. Our services include providing advanced critical care, aero medical services and ICU ground ambulance services, as well as emergency medical training and a range of first aid courses tailor made to suit every type of work or social environment. We are also accredited to provide Paramedic training to those wishing to follow a career in paramedics. We offer BLS, ACLS, PALS and ITLS, all registered with the Southern African Resuscitation Council, and follow the guidelines of The American Heart Association (AHA).
International Accreditation
- ACE is accredited for Regional Fixed Wing
- Transportation with the Medical Endorsement
- Adult Critical Care by EURAMI (European Aero Medical Institute). This makes ACE the 1st company in Zimbabwe to achieve this endorsement and accreditation, as well as the 3rd operator in Africa and the 44th in the world. Our second accreditation is with International Assistance Group (IAG) for air, road ambulance services as well as case management.
- ACE Training Academy is an accredited training facility by the BLS Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa for advanced life support course.

Our Mission
To provide a rapid advanced air and road ambulance response service for a full spectrum of medical and trauma related emergencies, both locally and internationally. To become an icon of quality and accountability within the medical health care providers field in Southern Africa.
Our well trained staff
We have built up a full compliment of qualified and experienced medical staff including doctors, night nurses, ambulance technicians and call centre dispatchers.
All our staff have continually proven themselves as competent and capable of handling themselves in any emergency situation.
Our staff are also encouraged to better themselves and keep up to date with current medical procedures through training courses offered by the ACE
Medical Academy.
