Our 24-hour, 8-man call center is equipped with state-of-the-art dispatch and call recording systems, ensuring efficient and effective emergency response. Our dedicated team of medically trained and dispatch trained staff is ready to assist in all areas of emergencies, providing timely and life-saving support.

To enhance our responsiveness, all our vehicles are equipped with live GPS location systems and advanced communication data links. This enables our call center to quickly locate, dispatch, and communicate with our ambulances throughout the country. We utilize HF radios for rapid communication, ensuring swift coordination in critical situations. Voice logging and recording are implemented for quality control and training purposes, with secure storage on a server for further verification.

Through our direct links to doctors on call, our call center can provide life-saving medical advice and expertise remotely when needed. We understand that Zimbabwe has remote areas where communication can be challenging, and therefore, we offer multiple communication options, including:
